After I have paid how do I proceed to download the file?

After you have processed your order and paid for it you, you will find a page titled “THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT”. At the bottom left side of that page you will find the words “Return to Merchant”.

(1) Click on “Return to Merchant” . That will take you to the “LOGIN” dial found in the home page (i.e. www.frontlinepublishers.com)

(2) Log in again using the Username (e-mail address) and Password you created when you

initially logged in (3) You will be connected to  the “MY HOME” page where you will find the files containing the information you have requested/ordered. (4) You can then proceed to save the files on you computer hard drive or disk. (5) You can safely open them after that and print.

Note: The downloadable files will only be available for a few days before they are deleted, in which case you will no longer have access to them. We therefore suggest that you download them as soon as possible (if that is what you want to do).

P/S: If you also ordered a non-electronic document (e.g. an actual book), you will also find it recorded on the “MY HOME” page. The book will be shipped to you separately.
